A transparent flat fee per person for planning and running the trip, so our course and lodging recommendations are based on what’s best for your group, not on what pays a commission. Every trip is different. After the first conversation, once we know your group, your dates, and what you’re after, we work with the courses and come back with an accurate quote before anything is booked.
Trips start at four golfers. A competition needs a field, so trips built around the tournament work best at six or more. Everything we can take on is listed under What We Handle.
It’s optional, and it’s handicap-adjusted, so every player in the group is in it, whatever they shoot off scratch. We structure the pool, track every result across the trip, and publish the final settlement sheet. Payment stays within your group.
Tee times at the courses worth traveling for book out months in advance, especially in peak season. Four to six months of runway keeps every option open; big groups and marquee destinations reward more. Working with less? Ask anyway. We’ll tell you straight what’s still on the table for your dates.
