Any actual trip engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and The Fulton Club LLC — nothing on this site is a binding offer of services, and itineraries, courses, and features shown here are examples, not guarantees of availability.
Everything on this site — text, photography, the FC monogram, "The Fulton Club" name, portal designs, and tournament materials — belongs to The Fulton Club LLC or is used with permission. You may browse and share links, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Trip portals under /trips/ are private to the group they were built for. Access credentials are issued to trip participants only and may not be shared outside the group. We may revoke access to protect participant privacy.
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or bypass access controls, scrape content, or misuse our forms. That's the whole list — use the site the way it was intended.
Where a trip includes an optional group competition or pool, we structure the format and track the results. Any wagering remains private among the members of your group, and payment stays within your group.
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no warranties about either. Third-party sites we link to are their own responsibility, not ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fulton Club LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
